Former New York EC family looks for help

Bonjour!

We are a French family living in Bordeaux, France, who are looking for a female au pair from mid-January until mid-August to help with our young and growing family! Since we are expecting our third child at the end of April 2018, the au pair will be primarily focused with our children Inès (2.5 yrs old) and Jean (1 yrs old) as the pregnancy of their mother keeps her bed rested the four last months of the pregnancy.

We live in a four bedroom house in a nice, quiet neighborhood of Bordeaux City and one of our bedrooms will be reserved for the au pair. We’re looking for someone who is 18 years old or older, is trustworthy, independent, experienced with young kids, who loves children, and shares family values (we are practicing Catholics). A drivers license is also required.
Although both of us are fluent in English as we lived in New York City for a couple of years, French is the primary language spoken at home. Inès (our daughter) and Jean (our son) attend the same daycare three days a week.

On daycare days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), the au pair will be responsible for waking up Jean and Inès, dressing them up, feeding them breakfast, and driving them to daycare at 8:30am. The day is then available for the au pair take French lesson (at the charge of the au pair). At 6pm, Jean and Inès will be picked up from daycare, given baths, played with, fed dinner, and put to bed at 8pm. On Wednesdays and Fridays, the children will remain home and the au pair will take care of them from wake up to bedtime with 2 hours break midday for personal time. The au pair will receive weekly pocket money and health insurance.
