What: Young Adult Gathering of the Emmanuel Community
When: Friday, Dec. 27th (Arrival); Saturday, Dec. 28th-Dec. 31st (Event)
Cost: No set cost for the event. We ask for a minimum of a $50 donation; free lodging and transportation available for out-of-towners with local Community members.
Description:
We invite all young adults (18-35 years old) of the Emmanuel Community in the USA to join our local young adult community for a simple and low-key time of prayer, fraternity, and formation. Fr. Janez (the International Youth Coordinator) will join us from Germany along with a consecrated sister.
The purpose of this gathering is for fraternal time, for deeper formation in the Community’s charisms, and exploring the question together of what the identity and mission of the Emmanuel Community within the USA could look like in the coming years. This gathering is a time of encounter and discernment with the Community’s young adults, to empower them to be leaders in the Emmanuel Community in North America.
