On this very special day of Thanksgiving, let us give thanks for one another. Let us give thanks for our founder, Pierre Goursat, who was open to the Holy Spirit and allowed the Lord to use him as an instrument of hope and mission. Let us give thanks for those brothers and sisters who will soon be called to join Emmanuel. Let us give thanks that God calls us to be Christ-like in this suffering world. And most of all, let us give thanks for the gift of Christ our Lord, who shedding his blood for us, made us new and freed us from sin.
May God pour out His blessings upon each one of us and may He particularly bless all those brothers and sisters who are suffering, sick or alone.
