WORLD MEETING OF FAMILIES 2015 — PHILADELPHIA
Dear brothers and sisters,
The World Meeting of Families will be in the USA this coming year (2015). It will be held in Philadelphia, PA from September 22-27.
This conference is held every three years by the Holy See’s Pontifical Council for the Family. It is one of the world’s largest Catholic gatherings organized especially for families. Three years ago it was held in Milan, Italy and was a huge success.
It is a very exciting event that can bring renewal to families and helps them grasp a deeper understanding of what the mission of the family truly is.
The theme for the 2015 World Meeting of Families is “Love Is Our Mission: The Family Fully Alive!” It will highlight the impact that families and their love has on society as a whole.
